Shipping Policy

At Pig's Cajun Sicilian Seasoning, we take pride in getting our seasoning from our kitchen to your table as quickly and affordably as possible.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping charges for your order are calculated as follows:

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or postal holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Damages, Missing, & Incorrect Items

We pack every bottle carefully to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right immediately:

  1. Email us at [Your Support Email Here] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number and a photo of the damaged item/package.

  3. Upon review, we will promptly ship out a free replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Lost Packages & Address Errors

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pig's Cajun Sicilian Seasoning is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members or neighbors first, then contact your local USPS office. If a package is deemed lost in transit by USPS, reach out to us so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
